Delivery within Australia
Shop Just Digital Signage ships from Unit 7, 35 Dunlop Road, Mulgrave VIC 3170, Australia. Available delivery options depend on your order and delivery address.
Shipping options and charges
A Standard shipping option has a base rate of AUD $50 excluding applicable GST for orders valued from AUD $0 to $500. At 10% GST, this is AUD $55 including GST. Carrier-calculated delivery options are also provided through Fare Freight where available. The delivery options, shipping charges and applicable GST for your order are displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders above AUD $500 do not qualify for this Standard option. Check the carrier-calculated options at checkout. If no suitable delivery option appears, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm delivery availability and freight arrangements.
Estimated delivery times
Our Standard delivery estimate is 5–11 business days, allowing 3 business days for order handling and 2–8 business days in transit. Handling and transit days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier-calculated services may have different transit times. Where an estimate is displayed for your selected service at checkout, refer to that estimate. For special-order products or delivery by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability and timing.
Delivery details

Delivery assistance
If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos of damage and packaging can help us investigate. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
